How does it work?

AVR harvesters and planting machines can be connected to the internet, which allows for machine data to be transmitted to AVR Connect. This allows you to keep easily and automatically track of what is happening in the field in your FMIS. This way, your planting and harvesting activities can be aligned even better.

  • The machines are equipped with technical and agronomical sensors.
  • As far as the planting machine is concerned, tractor data (if available) such as consumption can be collected via the ISOBUS connection.
  • The pre-installed unit (with SIM card) collects sensor data and transmits it wirelessly and in real time via the internet to your AVR Connect platform.
  • The platform visualizes the data in a comprehensible way.
  • It is not only possible to monitor certain functions remotely, but also to install software updates remotely.

Medición del tamaño en Puma 4.0

Para saber perfectamente qué se cosecha en el campo, AVR ha integrado un sistema de medición del tamaño digital en la cosechadora de patatas automotriz Puma 4.0. Este sistema utiliza cámaras montadas en la cinta de llenado de la tolva para calcular el tamaño de las patatas durante su cosecha.

Las imágenes se procesan con AVR Connect, y los datos recopilados pueden consultarse de dos formas.

Los datos de medición del tamaño se pueden ver como datos geoespaciales o matriciales. Los datos geoespaciales detallan el tamaño de las patatas que se cosechan por zona en el campo. La estructura matricial ofrece los distintos tamaños (longitud y ancho) de las patatas como un porcentaje del total cosechado de un viaje o campo. Los intervalos de datos de la matriz se pueden ajustar de forma dinámica según los requisitos específicos del cliente.

El sistema de medición del tamaño de AVR permite obtener una presentación digital del tamaño de las patatas cosechadas.
