AVR at Agrotech 2023

Beschrijving

During this year's Agrotech fair in Kielce (Poland), visitors could discover the AVR Spirit 9200 harvester. The 2-row offset bunker harvester with full hydraulic drive ensures more flexibility, more capacity and more comfort.

At the design stage of this Spirit 9200 there was a lot of attention paid to reduce damage to the tubers during harvesting and increase cleaning efficiency. A cross roller set can be mounted before the pintlebelts. This leads to a significant increase in the machine's cleaning capacity, without the need for additional direction changes to the potato flow. The cross rollers efficiently remove loose soil, small clods of earth and smaller stones from the production flow. Because of this, the pintlebelts can easily remove the remaining loose soil and haulm. Thanks to the cross roller set's numerous configuration possibilities, the harvester can be used under virtually all circumstances, which makes it more efficient and faster than it's predecessor.

Ceres planters

For planting potatoes, the Ceres series was presented. The Ceres 440 is a 4-row trailed potato planter with a hopper capacity up to 1,500 kg (4x75) or 2,000 kg (4,90).

The Ceres 440 work with row spacings of 75 to 90 cm, hydraulic drive, 40 buckets per planting element with empty detection and hectare counter. The machine is equipped with the AVR Connect system, which combines all planting information and remote parameters on one digital platform.

Demo tour

Realizing that the best way to learn about the advantages of machines is to see them in action, AVR launched the Demo 2023 program in Poland. During the planting season, which has already started, the Ceres 450 4x90 trailed planter will be presented. During harvesting season, the Spirit 9200 2-row harvester will make a demo tour.
